Map Brush and Stamp Use Questions

Hello all, as the title indicates, I have a couple questions regarding the use of brushes and stamps - specifically:

1. I have many asset folders - is there a simple way to search for different brushes within assets to add to the stamps and brush boxes?
2. I believe its the case that the cool new animated stamps/brushes referenced in Doug's 4.4 video are not yet released - correct?

For 1 either navigate to the folder that the brush is in or if you know the name type it in the search bar.
For 2, that is correct. They have not yet been released.

1.) There is the three character minimum limit for the search window. Many packs start with "FG", depending on what it is. Find some or most of the assets that you want to use and drag them to your hot keys to avoid opening and closing the assets window several times. It helps reduce breaking one's focus and concentration when you already have your tools in front of you. We will not always know what brush or asset we will require at the time we actually need a specific tool, but starting with a handful in the shortcut bar helps the the back-and-forth from image records to assets. Josh Watmough does speak on this sometimes during his Saturday shows. I honestly wanted a thumbnail view with file names of what's in each asset pack as a catalog view so we know what we have and what to search for on our assets window.

I tried to create a comprehensive catalog extension on the Forge but it needs updating and I don't have access to the art directly to make building the catalog graphics easier. I was using all screen shots before.

Thank you both. I did understand the search fu8nctionality - but was hoping there was some way to break it down by category (brushes) similar to the way we can for sounds. I didn't think there was, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I'm looking forward to the brush/stamp animations....hoping some rats make an appearance!
