Map layers now possible?

I saw the update has support for Dungeon Draft maps, and was wondering if that means we are getting layer support (e.g. 1 map with a top, middle and lower floor.)

Layers have been available in FGU since it was launched. You could have put different floors/levels on one map, but it runs into problems with LOS and other issues if things don't work out perfectly.
For instance, what do you do when one character is on the top and one on the bottom? You can't have the image correctly show both, or only show a layer to one character.
