Question about imported maps

Hi all,

Sorry I'm a FGU noob and I have a question about customized/imported maps.
I purchased the D&D5E Starter Set (DoSI) and wanted to create some custom maps for the random encounters and drowned sailor encounter.

I noticed the Toolbar isn't the same for both maps, what did I do wrong?

Welcome to the FG forums!

The image toolbar is dynamic - buttons will be hidden unless the buttons can be used for "something". In this instance, the difference between your two images is that one has tokens on the image - so the buttons that relate to tokens are shown.
