I have found the Stolen Lands maps in Kingmaker somewhat lacking in the detail I want to provide my players.
Features:
- All the white borders and big area labels for the AP (on a layer)
- Each of the hex labels+dots (on individual layers)
- This was done so they could be individually shown to the players so they could keep better track of their progress.
- All the area hex labels & dots are divided up into layer folders.
- Everything is initially hidden from the players but can be revealed as you see fit.
- Hex grid added
2023-06-25: Fixed misspelling of "TOGER LORDS" to "TIGER LORDS"
2024-08-04: Fixed some label placements that were pointed out my Gwaihir Scout

I'm not at all familiar with the Forge submission process or timelines, but I wanted to check in on this. Is this module still on its way to the Forge?

Yes, but I found out I cannot use the map. So I need to put together instructions which will be in my module on where to get it and how to get in loaded after my module is loaded into your campaign. Just have not had the time to get back to it. Sorry for the delay.

I apologize for the delay, but I have just uploaded my updated module. I have removed the fancy map but all my borders and labels are still there. I have included step-by-step instructions that show you where to get eh map, resize it, and get it incorporated so you can start playing on the new setup quite quickly. It should be available in a few days.

I grabbed this extension a few minutes ago and updated Fantasy Grounds Unity to take it for a test drive. It doesn't appear in the extensions list for my existing Pathfinder 2e Kingmaker campaign.
I did notice that on its Store page, its only Category is Unlisted Product. Is that classification causing it not to be associated with a particular Ruleset?

So I wanted to follow up with a little feedback, now that I've had a chance to use this module.
Firstly, it lines up perfectly, and the instructions on how to source the map and properly size it for use with your module are spot-on. Everything went off without a hitch, and any GM running Kingmaker is only making things easier for themselves in the long run.

It is NOT an Extension, it is a Module you have to load after you open you campaign. You load it just like you load any other book for use in a campaign.

For some reason, even though I am subscribed to my own thread, I never got any emails about people replying to it. Oh well.
I have updated & uploaded the bad "TOGER LORDS" label to read "TIGER LORDS". I will set it live on the Forge once it gets approved.

This is brilliant, just a few mistakes, easily fixable by moving the labels in layers mode.
RH4 and RH5 are switched; this is a mistake in the book.
NH 1 and 2 are both a hex too far to the east.
LV8 is a hex too far to the SE.
PX1 is a hex to far to the SE.
Your grid doesn't match the original map's grid all the way across. I know how impossible this is to get perfect, but I felt the need to use the gridless version of the map.

Was there an errata issued or something? I have looked back at my downloaded PDFs and redownloaded the PDFs from Paizo in case there were updates, and what I have on the map right now is correct.
I can fix these minor issues, but the grid is almost impossible to align. I think, "It's close enough for horseshoes, hand grenades, and grids in FantasyGrounds."

Yes, RL. I was thinking "Rostland Hinterlands." Here's the reference (https://paizo.com/threads/rzs43oek?Kingmaker-2e#12), as they don't do changes for PDFs without physical reprints. (If you want to stick with the official release, I understand, just raising awareness.)
