Warforged character racial ability issue

The warforged only has constitution +2 and can't change the secondary stat.

You need to mention what ruleset you are using and what you have done. Normally you can change any stat manually by holding down Cntl and rolling the mouse wheel.

I assume that you mean the Warforged in Eberron Rising from the Last War for 5e?

If so I'm not seeing that; I get +2 Con and a choice of ability for my +1. (Tested also using drag and drop and it works using that method as well).
