Weird Error with Conversion Checker

Getting this error and nothing so far has fixed, which has included redoing all the entries in the table. Next attempt will be to redo the table entirely I think but just in case...

I have opened up db.xml and check to see what is in there and double check table name. Deleted all entries in the table and reentered them, deleted the resultlinks in each of the row entries. I have confirmed that when link was in there it was all connected and working manually. So I am unsure what the issue is, only error left and not been able to figure out the issue.

Don't use special characters in file or module names. i.e. get rid of the colon and apostrophe.
edit: note if you don't own that module, it may need to be updated by the developer

Finishing that module finally, stuff happened. Checking another module but getting very similar issue.
