Shield of swings

Hello,

How can I create the effect for the 'Shield of swings' feat ?
The result must be : half damage to two-handed weapon, and +4 shield bonus to AC and CMD.

There's no built-in effect that applies half damage; though there is a button to set half damage for the next roll.

For the rest, you can use "AC: 4; CMD: 4"
