Wanted to make devs aware of this as it seems to have happened with one of the prior updates and hopefully can be avoided in future updates.

I have a crapload of personal effects such as effects for sneak attack, effect for bless (which does the same thing as casting the spell) effects to give advantage on certain saves, etc. Pretty much anything that isnt in the drag and drop FGU table.
Those effects still appear on my GM list but my players only see anything new that I add since about 2-3 weeks ago. Yes, I have toggled the eyeball and all that to no avail. I can copy the same effect that is visible to me and then paste it into a new effect line and then my players can see the new one and I can delete the old one.

But I would prefer not to have to do this again. So hopefully devs future FGU enhancements will leave current custom effects in place. Im hoping.
thank you.

As far as I'm aware there's been no update to the client or the ruleset which would cause effects to disappear. Any effects that you have in your effects list should be available to your players provided that you haven't hidden it by clicking on the eye icon to hide it. If you are using extensions then I'd suspect one or more of those as causing the issue.

Once you create your own effects on a character sheet action tab, you can drag the effects to the Spells data area. From there one can organize them, and when you get enough of the effects built, you can export that content as a module. This way the effects are a bit more organized and permanent.

Please share the db.xml file from the campaign where these effect reside. This will help us identify why the players can't see the older effects.
