I'm new to FG and I can't get player vision to work. I'm on the first level of the hill giant steading, I'm placing my token on the map through the combat tracker and the token displays. The player will only see a black map. I made another character with dark vision 60', still sees a black map. I went to layers added a light effect, which is odd when using a paid for official D&D 5E module, because I'm assuming lighting would be set up already, but I see nothing. What am I missing here for a toggle to turn off or on? I'm assuming the module doesn't have any lighting set up and I have to add it in, I've been adding in lighting all over the place but nothing shows.

It's getting a little bit worse, so I bought the module that maps the 5E quickstart, Lost Mines, installed it, loaded it up and my Dwarf is the size of a Dragon, resizing it makes it smaller but for movement its taking up at least 6 squares, and hey no fog of war to match the demo for the player. Is there some kind of share screen support with tech support. I'm just trying to set up a module to run as a DM, and the help video, although it looks nice, the problems I'm running into aren't covered in it, and for someone new to the tool its not intuitive to fix.

And, going back to revert the module to default, and it works with vision and token snaps into play properly, so I can continue on that tutorial after giving Smiteworks a $15 donation. Meaning Porty hit the wrong button somewhere. So this one is answered.
