I feel as though either an option has changed that I do not know about, or I am doing something wrong following a change, because this behaviour is new, it did not used to work like this.
Scenario
I, as GM select a token (player or NPC) to begin moving it.
My, the GM's, view of the map is IMMEDIATLY set based on LOS. IE, the map is occluded by LOS walls based on the tokens position etc, so I can no longer see the location i want to move the token to.
If i unselect the token, the view of the map is normal again.
This behaviour NEVER applied to NPC tokens before, i could always see all of the map even when selecting my NPC tokens.
This behaviour DID apply to Player tokens, but could be toggled on/off by using the "Player vision Preview" toggle
Now that toggle has no effect.
Screenshot 1 - player preview is OFF No tokens selected - i can see all the map - This is excepted behaviour
Screenshot 2 - player preview is OFF PC token selected - i can see only what the PC sees - This is NOT excepted behaviour (Player preview is off, i should be able to see the whole map still even with the token selected)
Screenshot 3 - player preview is OFF NPC token selected - i can see only what the NPC sees - This is NOT excepted behaviour (regardless of player preview, I should be able to see the whole map still even with the token selected)

EDIT! - I have done some testing, and this issue does not appear to happen on other maps.
After investigation, I discovered that it appears to be just this map (MAP - 18 - 8 - Gugs Labyrinth)
Additionally, if I delete SFX layer 'Ocean' the the issue disappears and the map behaves normally.
I do not know if this is a bug, or if I have done something wrong when creating the fx layer.
EDIT2 - Further testing.
I created a new map, and some basic LOS on it. Selecting a token on that map behaves normally, IE, I can see the whole map when a token is selected, regardless of LOS.
Adding ANY fx layer to that map CHANGES this behaviour, so that my view of the map is restricted to the tokens while it is selected. This has to be a bug... adding an fx layer should not affect how token selected and LOS works.
