My biggest obstacle is my limited schedule. I can particpate in PbP regularly, but my only free time for a live VTT game is Saturday nights.
I like modern and sci-fi settings. Big fan of superheroes, supernatural, spy/paramilitary, etc. Kind of spent on fantasy settings.
FG License: Currently just free, but I'm happy to get the paid license if I find a group.
Time Zone: Central Time USA

Voice: I have Discord, but can probably run whatever.
Game System Preferred: Mutants and Masterminds, Starfinder, any modern or sci-fi setting
Game System Experience: Many years, many systems dating back to Dungeons and Dragons in the red box.
Fantasy Grounds Experience: Total Newb
Character Type Preferred: I generally lean toward roguish and skill based or magic types, but I've played plenty of meat shields.
