Characters not copied with campaign

I'm trying to copy a campaign from one PC to another, by copying the relevant folders and files across. Everything seems to have worked fine, but the Characters aren't there. Why might this be? It's using the One Ring ruleset.

The PCs imported/created in the campaign are stored in the campaigns db.xml file - so if your other campaign data is there, so should the PCs specific to that campaign.

Yes, it's PCs created in the campaign. I copied the whole folder from the 'campaigns' folder, including the campaign.xml and db.xml files, but when I start the campaign on the new PC, the Characters section is empty.

That doesnt really make sense.
As Trenloe says they are all stored in the db.xml along with all other content created in the same campaign.

Can you zip up the db.xml from the original campaign and share it here?

Thanks! I looked into the db.xml and it was pretty empty. So I zipped up the original, emailed it to myself, and unzipped it into the 'campaigns' folder on the new PC. Now the characters are present! I can only think that something went wrong my previous method of transferring the folder - copying it onto an external hard drive and then connecting that drive to the new PC.
