View Full Version : Why did you end your sale on your site 8 hours before Steam and D&D Beyond did?

I have several D&D items in my cart that I was researching and deciding to buy and was ready to check out and suddenly the D&D sale was off! Everything was regular price. I checked STEAM and D&D Beyond and their D&D sales were still in full force with 8-11 hours left.

I don't want to buy from STEAM and wanted to buy through you. The sale said through Sunday. It is still Sunday but your sale is gone. Making me unhappy.

I have a big decision. Buy your product or D&D Beyonds.

Log a ticket with support at https://support.fantasygrounds.com and someone might be able to help you out but it will unlikely be over the easter break.

I think the reason for differences will depend on time zones.

You can contact support and our team will often work with you if you just barely missed a sale expiring. We don't want people to feel like they missed out. The same also happens if you buy something at full price and it goes on sale after you already purchased it.

Is there a grace period like 30 days or at least 2 weeks? I literally just bought a campaign on sale and now its $10 bucks cheaper.

there is a 30 day refund policy on store purchases. see the FAQ.
