our campaign is in the Mojave desert, Palm Springs, San Jacinto Mt.. the year is 2161. vault 13 has just opened in San Jacinto. the super mutant army is in disarray.

the NCR is in control of the area. the moorten botanical gardens is a friendly settlement.

now for the help with canon. the players are mostly anti NCR, pro Enclave. not finding much info on the enclave in the area, at this time frame. would new vegas be the closest enclave point of contact?

Here's a decent YT video on the Enclave. There are several others, as well. BLUF: I don't think the Enclave were ever in New Vegas. They did operate from the Poseidon Oil Rig out in the Pacific. The video talks about the Enclave on both coasts.
