Combat Tacker and Map help

I can not get enemy tokens onto my map from the combat tracker

What ruleset are you using?

Also, are you trying to drag the token icon on the left side of the Combat Tracker onto the map? Or are you opening the enemy from the combat tracker and trying to pull the token from the opened enemy?

I am using Savage Worlds. What I ended up doing was making a costume encounter, adding that to the combat tracker and that fixed the issue.
