how to adjust PC HPs

some of the PC's HPs are not updating correctly on the character sheet when certain perks are added. seems i, as GM, can NOT manually adjust them? how do i change PCs HPs?

Which perks are not updating correctly?

To manually add HPs, go to the character sheet, select the "Combat" tab at the top, select the "Weapons" bar at the bottom. That should change the window from "Weapons" to "Editor." On the right side of the editor box is a box to add HP to the character. (Not the Level up box, that is for adding HP when a character levels up).
