Art Subscription doesn't add assets

Hell everyone,

I recently activated the art subsciption for all the sweet maps and tiles that should be available, but I can't find anything in my asset folder.
It's been a few days now and I ran the update for some time (also got an update for other stuff), but the new assets havent' shown up.

I also saw now order in the order history, although paypal made the transaction and I got the confirmation mail from FG.

Am I missing anything, or is it a bug?

You'll need to contact support to get it sorted out. One possibility is that you use a different email address for PayPal than you do for Smiteworks. I actually do, but I didn't thought it mattered. I wasn't a big deal with the other orders.

It doesn't normally; but for subscriptions it does.

Looks like the support solved the problem. There is a big update incoming. :)
