Hi folks,

we will soon start our new campaign (scales of war) and one of my players will be a wizard.

Is there an elegant way to implement the spellbook feature for preparing spells? Since preparing is usually not a thing in 4e i am not sure how to implement it.

Any help or advice is appreciated

Thanks for the links, but those are for 5e which has spell slots by default. 4e has it as an exception for daily powers for wizards. The buttons mentioned in those links are not present in 4e as far as i know or can find. Hence the question how other people manage this in 4e

Oh, my apologies I wasn't paying enough attention to realise that this was posted in the 4e forum.

no worries. only solution if found so far is to manually set the number to 0 for powers not prepared, not ideal but may work if the player is disciplined
