Hi there! Yes, the reference manual includes all the text and artwork from the book.

I also used a number of images from the book to create tokens with a red-border for the NPCs in the book, so a vast majority of the NPCs have tokens. Vehicles have tokens if I could find a good image from the book to match the vehicle.

For those NPCs or vehicles that didn’t have a good image that made sense, I created a Letter Token pack using the font that we use in the Titles for the Reference Manual. For Demons and Black ICE I actually pulled images from the Netrunning Deck to create their tokens.

Additionally, I used a number of other images from the book to create some portraits for use when creating characters.

Finally, when Tales of the RED releases later for FG, that conversion will have all new tokens on their NPCs as well!

I have been putting together a bunch of coordinated images (portraits, tokens, standup/2.5D) for modern/punk type characters. It's on the Forge here: Fantasy Grounds Forge (https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/1696/view)
I'm working on a handful more characters inspired by the CP 2077 game and will be adding them soon. Feel free to request specific characters if you want, no promises though! Eventually if it grows big enough (~20) I will put a small cost on it to encourage others to make such packs to. So if it's at all of interest, grab it now while it's free (you can always disable it) and then you will still have it if it ever gets a price assigned to it.

question. For items and I go to look at a picture there is nothing there. is there supposed to be pictures or his something that might be coming later

That feature of FG (to add icons/pictures to all records) was added later after we created all the RED content, so only newer modules will use it - if at all. (Not everything will have it set.)

Assuming it doesn't get added officially later, if you really want to you can add an image if the item manually. That's a relatively new feature, to connect an image within the entry, but I'll often now manually add imagery (e.g. perhaps an image of a handwritten document for a letter the party is given, etc).

Ok thanks for the information. Has anyone found a good resource to get some of the images? I have no problem adding images to items and I am familiar how FGU works.

Given the core ruleset doesn't have images for weapons, that I'm aware of, I probably won't add images there, however with black chrome, if I haven't updated it already, I'll probably add them there at some point.

I'm fairly certain I've updated dgd already where possible.
