Creating new item/power in actions tab throws console error

Reported on discord, by DungeonArchitect (shade), 5e rules campaign, no extensions loaded , character sheet in Actions Tab, when right click -> Create Item-> error console with message
"[ERROR] Script execution error: [string "5E:campaign/scripts/power_list.lua"]:34: attempt to index field 'name' (a nil value)"

Can you be more specific. There's no create item on the right click radial menu on a PC actions tab.

Right clicking to add an effect is working without error for me.

Wait; I see where you are at now. I can confirm there's an error. Create a power group. Then right click and select add item.
