Summary: When I load my campaign and attempt to open the Images, Items, or NPC windows, they open to a blank window and the following error is logged:

"Could not find template (linkcontrol_id) in class (masteritemindex_id)
"Script execution error: [string "CoreRPG:..cripts/masterindexitem_window.lua"]:67 attempt to index global 'link' (a nil value)

Ruleset(s): 5E, specifically, a campaign running the Decent Into Avernus campaign module

Extensions/Themes: None that I'm aware of

Modules Loaded: A bunch of official WoTC modules, like the Decent into avernus campaign, core rule book, tasha's, volo's guide, etc.

Operating System / Language Setting: Windows 10, English

Steps to Reproduce: Load the campaign, then try to open one of the aforementioned windows using the buttons on the right side of the screen.

That sounds like you may have an old version of one of the rulesets being loaded. Make sure that you do not have any subfolders within the rulesets folder of your FG data folder. (You can get to the FG data folder from the button in upper left of FG launch screen.)

If that doesn't work, please take a screen clip of the chat window after starting your campaign. (Windows + Shift + S on Windows machines)

Your response made me wonder if I was thorough enough when checking for extensions/mods. Turns out I had forgotten that like when I first started with FG, I was testing out a 3rd party druid wildshape extension that, apparently, I never uninstalled.

Removed that extension and everything seems to be working again.

Sorry for the trouble! I just missed it when I was trying to gather up the data for my post.

I was having this issue too, and leaving the 3rd party druid wild shape extension turned off when loading the campaign also fixed the "CORERPG/Script" error for me.

Thanks for posting your solution. You saved my Saturday D&D session :)

Feel bad for the party druid though. She's going to have to do some manual tracking of her modified stats now.
