Game not recognizing my password

Hey.

So, last Saturday there was a big update I had to do for the game. Went through, no problem. Today, trying to check for updates again, it suddenly starts telling me Invalid name and/or password. I never touched or changed anything to do with my username or password.

I contacted support an hour ago, waiting on a response. But since we play in an hour I was hoping to post this here and speed up the process?

The account looks like it is a valid Registered account according to the server. Have you tried resetting your password on the web site, and re-entering in the FG Settings?

Are you trying to connect to another game, or just update your local copy of Fantasy Grounds Unity? If you are trying to connect to another game or session, the host might have changed the status of the session to private or the password changed.If you rely on logging in with a history login, sometimes that will no longer work due to corruption or changes to the platform. You will need to know the status and the password. Be careful if you copy and paste any passwords due to potentially grabbing spaces and html or missing one character.

I went in to update. It wouldn't do so as it was saying invalid User and/or password. never did get it updated last night.
However, I was able to run FG and play last night.
Got the service ticket returned and Devs changed my password for me. Just loaded up and with that new password I was able to update.

Just listing this out for you guys. As far as I know, things are good now.
