After the last patch (between last thursday and today) images no longer load from the GM module.

The majority of errors like this are caused due to extensions clashing or incompatible or old extensions that need updating.

If that isn't your issue, then try disabling all extensions and seeing if you have the issue. If you don't, enable each extension one-by-one and test - this should help you work out which extension is causing the issue.
