Version Downgrade

I just updated my FGU and now my players can't connect because for some reason I've been downgraded from ultimate to standard, though I bought the lifetime ultimate long ago. Anyone else have this issue?

I did not have this issue when upgrading. It is probably indicative that you have two installations of FG on your computer and the updater updated one and not the other. Search your computer for fantasygrounds.exe and see if you have two install. If not, update your settings to make sure you are logged in with the correct username and verify your license key. Then see if that fixes.

Make sure that your Ultimate license is setup in the FG Settings. If your upgraded from Standard to Ultimate via our site, or bought Ultimate on Steam; you will have a separate Standard key and Ultimate key. For Steam purchases, go to Library, right click on game in left-hand list, and select Manage->CD Keys. For FG Store purchases, go to menu at top of web site and choose Store->Order History.
