Torch Light not working

Taking a look at my attached pictures, does anyone have any idea why my torch is not activating? 55919 55920

There's no line of sight occluders or lighting on the map.

Thanks for the response. After going through each and every one of my extensions, it ended up being an extension that was messing things up. Unfortunately, I do not recall which one, as I have had a lot of extensions that I have taken out because they were not working. Never the less, the torches and lanterns are now working :)
