Can't link to Steam account

Trying to link to Steam and getting "Unable to link Steam account. (User is not logged in.)"
I'm logged into both FG and Steam. Not sure what the problem is.

I'm on Windows 11. Just installed Fantasy Grounds today via Steam and entered the license key. Rebooted and tried again with same results.
