Tutorials on combat

Hi!!! Where could I find some good tutorials on combat and encounters for D&D 5e please? I can't find what I need in Zacchaeus' list. I am particularly interested in surprise, initiative, management of actions and spells, usage of consumables (e.g . healing potions etc) during the fight, etc.
