Issue with Some Players Not Being Able to Access Their Characters

Hi there,

This last Sunday (1/15) about half of my players weren't able to access their characters or any course content, nor see any of their rolls. They seemed to be able to communicate with the server one way only -- they could send, but not download from it. The other players were completely fine. All of us had implemented the most recent updates -- we all logged off, ran the updater again, then logged on again to be sure.

This hasn't happened before. Is it a new bug, or something we're doing?

Players not being able to download stuff usually indicates either slow internet speeds or possibly anti virus or router blockages. Here's a couple of articles to read about how you might be able to solve these issues. Also make sure that you aren't sharing too much stuff such that it overwhelms the players ability to upload it.
