One Player in party cannot see any shared info

No images, modules, etc. Nothing. Only red X's and question marks.

I have had the player clear cache, redownload unity, and they have reset their internet connection. No luck. Log attached. No idea how to read it though.

Playing 5E, 4 out of 5 members of the party can see everything just fine. This player could see as of last week.

Most likely you will need the full logs from Player and GM - they will likely show some network issues.
If the player has a VPN have them try connecting to the VPN first as a test.
Or even to their mobile phone hotspot.
That might help confirm if its network related.

I appreciate your response and I think you were spot on, the player's download speed was crawling for some reason. They're contacting their ISP for next time. They did eventually load the maps and images, it just took a stupid long time. Thank you again.
