Hi!!! I am new to Fantasy Grounds and I am absolutely loving it!!!! A massive improvement from Roll20!!!

My party likes to store a lot of loot in chests, boats, etc. Is there a way to create a separate "chest sheet" (a chest, a boat, a shop, a castle...) to store loot, heavy goods and treasure? Can each player create his/her own chest?

Thanks a lot!!!

You can’t have more than one party sheet but you can create a player character like a horse or even a chest or whatever and keep all the loot in that (just don’t put that character on the party sheet). You can also assign item in the party sheet to be a chest, mule, ship or whatever. Since no character has that designation the treasure won’t get distributed and each player can still access it.

You don’t say what ruleset you are using (and I’m going to assume you are using Unity rather than Classic - even though this is the Classic house of healing) but you can get further details on the party sheet here https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996641997/5E+Party+Sheet and in video seven here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?75515-New-Video-Series

Thank you very much for your help!!! Yes, I am using Unity, sorry if I am posting in the wrong section of the forum!

I am not entirely sure that I got this right: "You can also assign item in the party sheet to be a chest, mule, ship or whatever. Since no character has that designation the treasure won’t get distributed and each player can still access it"

Could you explain this again please/

Best wishes,

MOD: moved thread. Can move others if you would like and they are still active.

Here's a screen shot. In the parcel items section you can assign items to PCs who are on the party sheet so that you can distribute those items to those characters. However you can also assign those items to anything you want. SO by assigning them to a chest or mule or whatever the items won't get distributed and will stay on the party sheet.
