Power duration timing?

So, is there a mechanic in FG for setting the expiration of power effect? IE someone casts Boost Trait, do I need to manually track when it expires (boooo!) or can I set a time for it and it will automagically drop off?

When the effect is added on the Combat Tracker is has a duration the GM can edit.
