apply Effect B when Effect A Expires

I want to automatically apply an effect, when a certain effect expires.

e.g. When Frenzy expires, apply exhausted.

I have better combat effects gold and various other extensions that expand the coding/tags capabilities, but I have not been able to find something like this.

It's certainly not possible to do this automatically without an extension. Whether there is an extension that does this I don't know but the documentation for the extensions you have should show you how to do it if it is possible.

Looking at better combat effects page, an added effect line is "EXPIREADD". It says that it adds an effect or condition when the effect expires. Have you tried that?
