Charged twice?

Hi, I was charged twice for my download. Was wondering how to go about getting a refund for one of the charges?

SM is very good at getting this fixed. I had the same issue and one e-mail to them got this fixed.

Now, the abbreviation for SmiteWorks is usualy SW. Are you omitting any steps? :D
