Ruleset wizard is a little overboard for just themes, but would also work.

Ruleset wizard is a little overboard for just themes, but would also work.

It does work but the GMW tool is purpose built for themes and much quicker for that purpose.
Mind you I think psicodelix is working on some theme templates.
