I'm planning on running a special that goes through New Year's Day, but the 2023 calendar does not show up.

Cthulhu whispered to me the other night that the world is going to end on December 31st...

Yeah, I see this issue, but I won't be able to get a fix out until Monday most likely, but I'll post here as soon as it is up.

Hey Rob2e, can you confirm this is still an issue? I just checked myself and it seem to be working for me.

Still an issue, no 2023.

Okay, can you please give me an example of the item(s), discount, start and end dates that you are attempting? Technically I am on vacation but if the front end isn't working and I can't solve it right now I can add your sale directly at least.

I want to put ALL of my items on sale at 50% off from 12:01 am 12/24 through 11:59 pm 1/1.

Oh that is the issue then, sales can't be longer than 1 week, and that is one day over.

Ah! I'll try 7 and 1 then.

So now I'm not able to do a sale AT ALL, no items so up.

Well one does, but not the other 30.

Also, it seems you cannot DELETE old sales items, and this "calculate total" button does NOTHING. And the sorts don't work. WOW this needs a tremendous overhaul. Thing is I've PROMISED my customers this upcoming sale.
55508
I'm guessing the one item that shows up is the one that's never been on sale, therefore the ones that HAVE previously been on sale aren't in the list? This is really screwed up.

Sales for the same item cannot have start dates within 8 weeks of each other, so you might be running into that.

As I explained in an email to you earlier, the sales are restricted so that you can't place an item on sale more than once in an 8-week period. When you choose your start date, it shows you any items that are eligible for a sale. To test this, you can schedule something in February 2023 and you have the items show up at that time. The problem is that your last sale concluded on November 29th.

There is no limit to your ability to schedule sales in advance as opposed to scheduling them just a few days before you plan to start the sale. That would allow you to know whether or not they are eligible before you begin promoting them.

Our staff is currently out on vacation, so I don't believe we will be able to address this in time for your planned sale on Dec 24th.
