Character Summary Altering

In the character summary, the skills always count the 5 core skills. Is there any way to change that? It's not the most important detail but has always irked my players and I.

It’s only since SWADE that the concept of Core skills was introduced. The character summary functionality predates that. Furthermore, there is the Additional Skill points Setting Rule and some settings add to or modify the core skill list, so I’m not sure it would be wise to hard code not counting the SWADE core skills from the total. If you spend Hindrance points on Skills, your total would be more than 12 also. I think total points invested in skills, regardless of source is fine like it is.

Oh yeah i should clarify. I wasnt looking for a hard code change. im more seeking if there was an extensions. if there was a way to alter that number with with one i couldnt find it but my skill with creating one is lacking to say the least.
