D&D Basic Character Sheet

Can someone help me out with this one?? i used to play D&D Basic in FG2 but we have no sheet :( we use the generic one that is on the forums...can someone create a sheet for this D&D set? i have the sheet for FG1 if that helps in anything...but i don´t know how to make this things :( please help me out...

You could send me a picture of it, maybe i'm able to alter the Standard sheet that it works, when i find some time.
