Difficulty Modifier

for the life of me, i can not find or remember the difficulty modifiers. like when performing an awareness check, the assigned difficulty is Very Hard, what is the actual modifier? -20? there was a list some where, but........................??????????????

Click the difficulty box (bottom left), eg Absurd and make a roll. The modifier for Absurd (-70) is in the chat result.

If you're looking for a table, see Table 10-40 Static Action Table. The top rows tell you the general modifier in the far-right hand column.

You need to actually roll the skill from the Skills tab (a plain old roll will not work), for instance, Perception:

It's Table 10-04, and it's not found in the Tables section, that is for Rollable tables.

You'll need to find it in the Module itself (Character Law) and open it that way.

The easiest way is to go to Modules>Character Law>Links to Tables and Charts, find 10-04 and open it.
