Promotional Sales table errors

It always seems like the "Total Sales" column is empty and then of course because of that, the "Calculate Total" buttons do not function.

Do you have any older sales you can test it with? Not in my office yet, but I think that the calculates sales button only works after the refund period passes, and if that is the case I should make that more clear.

EDIT: Actually, I see that it is returning an error now, I'll see what broke.

Josh just patched this. Please try it again now.

I can confirm that the button now updates the sales. I can't speak to "pending" ones as my sales are all old and past the payment date I think.
