View Full Version : Can't Purchase Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade from Standard to Ultimate, when I click on the "Upgrade" button when you launch Fantasy Grounds it takes me to the below URL and it has some sort of key at the end of URL which I am not sure is safe to post or not. When I click the "Buy" button to add the update to my cart it redirects me to the store page and doesn't actually add anything to my cart. Anyone else having issues purchasing the upgrade?

Can you email me the full URL with the key? You can email it to [email protected] or use support.fantasygrounds.com to submit a ticket with it. The key is used to perform a lookup to ensure that it is getting purchased from the correct place and that you qualify for the upgrade.

I'm having the same issue. Subbmitted a ticket with links and screenshots of the issue. Hope it can get resolved soon.

Edit: trying to write it without converting it to a shortened link but it's automatic...

It redirects to the store main page and opens the white ui box of the cart at the bottom of the page. However, the box is empty without anything actually getting added to the cart.
