Starfinder Ruleset No Longer In My Options

Tonight, after running my update, I tried opening my Starfinder campaign (that I have played weekly for nearly 3 years) and noticed that the Extension window was completely empty. Needless to say, the campaign never loaded and I noticed an ERROR: Unknown ruleset name [SFRPG] scroll by. I tried creating a New Campaign just to see what would happen and the Starfinder Ruleset no longer appears among the list of options. My Starfinder.pak file is still in its usual place. Any thoughts?

Try deleting the SFRPG.pak file from your ruleset folder and re-run the FG Updater and try again.

Thanks, LordEntrails. I tried that with no success. I even did an uninstall of FG and reinstall and still have the same issue.

It looks like my issues extend beyond the SFRPG ruleset as none of my campaigns will open.

Try renaming your vault folder inside the FG data folder and do an update. Make sure FGU is pointing to the correct data location on your settings tab.

Thanks for all the help. It turns out that another fresh uninstall and install seemed to do the trick. I discovered it’s very important to use the uninstall button from the Fantasy Grounds launch window.
