Update seems to crash and won't load

I have recently updated to the very latest version and it won't load. Have tried uninstalling but same issue

Check your anti-virus. Some security applications will quarantine FG after an update because the file size changes. Delete any exceptions and recreate them.

If you are on a mac, try rebooting your computer.
