When I start Fantasy Grounds, my tools are always out of place (see attachment). I unlock them, drag them down and lock them in place. If I stay in full screen mode, they're fine. As soon as I go into windowed mode, they get out of place again and I have to start the whole process over of clicking and dragging them into their proper place. Any advice?

All customized positioning of background panels is from the top-left corner of the application, if you move them from the default positions.

I may have failed to notice it, but is there a lock toggle in the top left corner of each panel? And will it stay in that position if I'm in full screen or windowed mode?

Only if the panel implements a lock button. However, those panels should be able to be locked/unlocked via right click menu either way.
That shouldn’t affect the positioning which is based on top-left corner distance once moved from original position.

It's typical behavior if you rescale or minimize your FGU table top and then try to restore your FGU desktop screen. I think the location of the locked windows and dice tray is based on more of a static true positioning X,Y scheme and not scaling or following our window's scaled positioning regarding any custom sizing or changing of the scaling. This was also true in FG classic.

Yes, you worded that perfectly and that's exactly what I do when it all goes out of place. I rescale and then restore. That's when it goes out of whack.
