Situation...
Player movement is set to GM approval.
A player (or more than one player) requests a move.
The GM CANNOT tutuapp (https://tutuappx.com/) see the move request arrow on screen (for any players that requested).
In order to resolve this, the GM must select any token, and then de-select the token, then the movement request arrow appears for all players requesting
