This problem occurred when I was attempting to sort out the lighting outside of the dungeon on a image from the B1 2e d&d module. I can move the characters then randomly, I will not be able to move them until I click shift to override the movement as the DM. can anyone help me fix this... I have attached a video

Try holding shift or control while dragging. Don't remember which one, but one of those allows DMs to drag tokens and ignore walls.

It looks like there is some sort of extra LoS blocker set up at that location that blocks movement in that square. Try unlocking the map, and going to the LoS mode, and seeing what is shown there.

I did that at the end of the video, nothing is showing to be blocking it. Off video I check on all the tabs, nothing is drawn to be there. Plus it doesn’t matter where the character stops, the issue always occurs exactly where they are when I click next on the combat tracker

Any extensions? Ruleset?

Then, I'd have to get a copy of the campaign folder zipped up, along with the steps to see the issue. Then, I can try to recreate locally, and pass on to our image feature developer.

Zip up the folder and either attach it to a post her (Click Go Advanced, and then manage attachments) or upload it to something like Dropbox and provide a link.

Here is the zip file. It is only on the players upper level map of the dungeon in the B1 module extension. the ruleset is AD&D 2e and the way that it occurs is i move the token about as if my player has taken a turn. Then after they would click next turn, it comes back to them an most of the time they are unable to move as if something on the LOS was blocking them (this can be overridden by clicking shift, but I would rather sort the problem) thanks for your help

Thanks for providing the example campaign. I haven't seen that particular scenario before and it's the same every time you add that PC to the map; so I appreciate the simple example for us to track down. I just tried to recreate in a couple other rulesets and modules, and I wasn't able to do so. It must be something specific to that map/configuration.
I've filed a ticket for @pindercarl to look at.
Thanks,

The map layer is set "Visible to GM Only." This layer is not shared with players, so the occluders are not used. When LOS is enabled and no occluders are present, token movement is disabled. Set the map layer to "visible to all."55078
