Beta v4.3.1: User Color window size issues

The new User Color menu under Options looks to be cut off a bit in the default 5E ruleset theme and the official D&D theme: Capture.JPG (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=54989).

Just pushed a new update to fix the sizing of that window. For the 5E official theme, I had to artificially inflate the height, due to the way that the theme frames designed.
