e.g. like how https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/5E_Effects exists for the D&D 5E ruleset (outdated as that page is, at least it exists) ?

Would be curious to know what -can- be done, e.g. to have ghouls take half-damage from ranged attacks.

As far as I know, and as far as I can tell from a quick search of the code; the CoC7 ruleset does not support any automation in effects. They are purely informational and for tracking.

The rules set is very old and was used with FG classic. It will run very nicely in FGU but just never had any fancy features that would appear in later rules sets. Recently I had to go back a plan a game session on it and wondered how the hell we every got anything done before FGU era.
