- I have to say the AI has a problem with bare chested men: it cut off too much of the top of the Barbarian heads to make the majority of them useful.

The AI seemed to fixate on the muscles when I told it to add them. We may need to train it with "hey AI, my eyes are up here".

I used Stable Diffusion. There's a bit of a learning curve and set up, but it's pretty easy once you get set up.

I appreciate this FREE token. Thx for that. Personally i prefer portraits than top down token for PC and named npc. Curious if we See more of this packages. Together with the New AI formed backgrounds its a fine Feature for the play, in first for T. O. M. Szenes. May be this is the way to get Charakter pictures of Füll bodies to use in Szenes. Some effects are still Kind of generic Like most druids have green hair ( c'm on ;)) but i like the idea behind and the direction. And some portraits are really beautiful. In the end, Nice move and thank you again.

The AI platform I was using really struggles with full body poses. Some parts of them are really awesome and the general feel of the piece is good. The problem is that it will stick a sword going off at a strange angle, mess up the hands or some other glaring issue.

They all struggle with this currently (at least on all those ive tested).
Midjourney just released v4 which is a lot better but still got a long way to go.

I am optimistic that issue will be ironed out near future. There is an immense surplus value in that Kind of Art work creation for vtt and i appreciate, SW has an eye on it.
