Using FGU for 5E, some of the font sizes are really small! This is especially true for the tab labels on your characters.
I’ve tried changing the screen setting to 110’or 120, but that only helps a little and it takes up a ton of screen real estate.
Is there a way to just change some font sizes without changing the zoom setting for the entire FG screen?

No, the font layouts are tied with the sheet layouts. If you make the fonts bigger, then labels/fields start getting clipped or overlapping other text.
The UI scale option scales everything equally to preserve the sheet layouts.
The tabs are actually graphics, not text, in the rulesets; so changing font size wouldn’t matter in that case anyway.

There are various extensions freely available on the forge and forums that change/tweak font sizes without changing the scaling. But there is always the possibility of getting clipped text. My personal favorite is one I developed using the Roboto font. https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/60/view There are a bunch of others as well. You may find one of those easier for viewing.
