How to Reset Effects List

I have several mods that upload effects and at one point I deleted a bunch from my list to clean things up but now want them all back. Is there a way to reset the list or delete some file that'll reload new and fresh short of creating a new campaign? I deleted and reloaded the actual mod files to maybe trigger something but nothing. Thanks!

If you right click and click Revert on any module in the Modules list, you can reset that module back to the default state.
